Re: Fluid retention

couldn't have said it better. I'm (also) interested to hear a little more about how you put together the oil refinery connection--People need to hear this stuff and take heed; it makes perfect sense that you'd develop this oedema, and one can only imagine the levels of toxins the body -in its elegance and protectivness of life- has sequestered away, out of harm's way.

Naturally, it would go to the places distant from the core organs. . . But still, the liver would be very burdened, etc. You will surely need lots of water intake--but no more than 4 ounces per half-hour, so as not to overburden the eliminative organs.

I would also do skin brushing, before bathing. Wayer fasting or not water fasting--according to your energy. Try to make sure your water is best quality--including the bath/shower water. After the wfast, I would be eating very much to 'let my food be my medicine'. Lots of turmeric, cilantro daily, dandelionon, nettles. Kale, chard. . .Good herbs and fruits and veg., nuts and seeds (always soaked and activated!)

In addition, you might do well to read "after the water fast, the big picture", (I think it's called that) that I posted just a ways down. It will explain much of the how-to of health and rejuvenescence, apart from water fasting, and too, it'll remind you how well you are doing, already!
Have patience.

best wishes
Chiron
