Breast Cyst-Lugol consumption internally and painting

I had ultrasound done on the small lump felt on the left breast near the armpit at 3 oclock position. It showed up as a small cyst, the doctor said I should wait for it to grow and visit him in 6 months so he will aspirate it. In 1988 I had a cyst in the exact same spot on the right breast near the armpit, this cyst was aspirated 2x and removed surgically.

For the past couple of weeks I have been painting 5% Lugol on my breast, mostly on the half left side where the cyst is, it starts itching after a while for an hour or so. The color in the beginning disappeared quickly but recently it takes over 24 hours to disappear. I had been taking 2 drops of Lugol with acv for a couple of months, have increased it to 3 drops and will gradually increase it to 8 drops 5 days a week.

I am taking selenium, vit c, dandelion, etc. also I have started borax 1/8 tsp 4 days a week. I have question about the type of selenium I should take, I shall ask re: supplements in another post as I will be ordering many supplements (I am in Canada) to assist with glaucoma (genetic), h pylori, GERD and sliding hiatal hernia (I know I have low acid because I have taken soda acid test and burp after 15 minutes) and now this cyst.

My question is, should I continue with painting and taking Lugol internally or stop painting it and just take it internally? If I should continue to paint it as well am I painting correctly and how often should I paint it? I can still feel the lump.
