Congratulations!!! Day 3 went well for me - I was tempted to take a bite of my husband's dinner but I did not give in. I agree that after day 3 it gets easier. The first three days are always the most difficult for me. I can tell I have lost a few pounds already but I have not weighed myself. I have decided to stay away from the scale this time around. But, I lost a three pounds the first few days of my prior cleanses. I attributed it to water weight. I wish the best tomorrow! I am grateful to have a cleansing buddy! :)
