Re: My IC (Interstitial Cystitis) is healing!

Hey avocado girl, I am 20 years old and I was just diagnosed with IC! ahhhh. I have been fighting what I think to be candida for two years now actually. Just recently though, about 40 days exactly, I went on the raw food diet! probably the biggest mistake. SOme of my rashes went away, but I have this horrible pain in my bladder and also I have had BV for a long time now also. which is bacterial vaginosis. I have a feeling you are totally right about the candida being the cause. I haven't had fruit for two years and now that I tried the 80/10/10 raw food diet, i am having massive IC flares….If you could email me, that would be so awesome! I would like too hear your story. I am not sure if you have ever heard of the body ecology diet, but i am thinking about getting back on it.
