I'd like to see some research too because most of alternative health claims I've looked into seem to be bogus. After all, the reason it's called "alternative medicine" is there is little or no scientific data to back up their medical claims.
However, if you're worried about mega doses of Vit C raising your acidic PH, why not eat a bunch of fruit daily which are the foods highest in natural Vit C and supposedly turn alkaline?
BTW, do you have adrenal insufficiency verified by an MD, or so-called "adrenal fatigued" diagnosed by an alternative doc?
