Hi, I am asking on behalf of a friend. They took 2-4 mg of Iodine for a few days. They got so sick, nauseous and achy that they had to stay in bed for a few days. They stopped taking Iodine after that for just now anyway.

Why would they have such a strong reaction, do you think?
