Root cause - stress which has weakened my immune system. I went to a holistic type doctor that tested me for food allergy /intolerances and gave me a list of foods to avoid. She also found yeast in my blood and said I was in adrenal exhaustion. She gave me a list of vitamins & minerals to take, pills for a yeast detox, bowel detox and most important b12. So for 2 months I have been very strict with what I eat, I believe the complete cure will take a while but at least I found something in the meantime that will treat my symptoms until I'm completely cured. Hope all goes well for you.
