U can go to a local drug store (Walgreens , cvs etc..) they sell pinworm medicine. It's literally called pinworm medicine. It's on the shelf around the lice treatment and things like that. My children have gone thru this numerous time cause they can't keep their hands out their mouth but its very effective !!!! Only takes one dose to take care if the issue and its orally taken
