You need some oil, some juice and some magnesium.


It can be olive oil Extra-Virgin Olive-Oil , or some other oil you prefer.



Juice can be grapefruit, or orange, or lemon or lime, or pomello or some other acidic fruit.


Magnesium can be: magnesium sulfate or magnesium chloride or magnesium citrate.
