This is great information. Fasts do heal and balance our body. You may be helped with a longer fast. I am a male with kidney cyst on my left kidney, but has shrunk from 4" to 2" with numerous fasts, but my last fast of ten days made a big difference. Also plant based diet should help you a lot. Breaking fast with Dr. Shelton approach helped me a lot.
