Sorry, just saw your post. I'm not sure the supplements did a damn bit of good in the end. I'm not sure they were even absorbed and, if they were, just gave my brain more to rebalance. I ate every two hours or when hungry. Yes, and emphasis on slow refeeding with easy carbs esp. potatoes. Slowly got off casein and gluten because it was elevating glutamate for me. It's trial and error, but with rest and rebalancing I got back to normal blood Sugar and feeding times. But insomnia still a factor now with detox, which comes back online when the body gets stronger. Acid reflux should calm down as you can eat longer before bed. Keep also a little elementary food combining in mind here. Hope this helps. Rgds
