May I ask about your b12 protocol? You wrote to me on another post about depleting my b12. I have recently started doing lots of coffee enemas. I follow them with a homemade 24 hour SCD yogurt enema (made with raw goat's milk), however, and I've begun adding liquid chlorophyll to that (which also contains b12) so I'm wondering if the b12 from the yogurt is absorbing through the intestines above the colon (which is where b12 is supposed to absorb).
I can't eat any flour and I don't drink store bought milk but I do take a b vitamin every day.
I have also been on a glutathione binge - I've been taking NAC for quite some time now and have added glutathione caps sometimes orally and most times to the coffee enemas.
After reading your posts I'm a little worried now that I'm depleting my b12.
