Re: Alternative help for headache and migraine

To Beark

I actually treat headaches and migraines with Natural Therapies.
In my practice, I have found that most migraines originate in the digestive track. Undigested food in the stomach or intestines, too much or too little acid in the stomach, lack of sleep, allergic reaction to foods or some allergens in the immediate environment.

I found that teaching the person to calm themselves down with appropriate breathing or meditation (I favor Transcendental Meditation) or both will calm down the headache or migraine at least temporarily and with regular practice, it diminishes.

My technique is to find out what is causing the discomfort and then eliminate the cause through natural means.

To help you in a more precise way, I would need to ask you a few questions and find out the history of the headache, what started it, what triggers it, intensity etc
