Vicks on the anus works best for me. It soothes the itching and kills any worm s that emerge. A clove of garlic peeled and inserted into anus will stop them from coming down and squirming and laying eggs. You can get pyrantel liquid online a lot cheaper than reeses or pin x.. take it three times a week followed by a laxitive.I learned that you want to flush as many out as you can so they don't reanimate or die and leave the eggs behind. Make sure you take a strong enough dose. it goes by weight. use lots of enemas to flush them and eggs out. you can add some clove oil to it to kill eggs.It will take a long time to get rid of them. Take a strong probiotic. High doses of vitamin c seem to help also. Don't soak in the tub, take showers. Papaya seeds coarsly ground and taken in a smoothie or with a table spoon of honey is a remedy that helps paralyze them. You can use a sitz bath seat to soak the area when they are bugging you. Put some epsome salts or borax in the water or clove oil. Wash it with scalding hot water inside and out after each use. They are maddening and really hard to get rid of.
