Re: To Jasmine
Jasmine, if you read in the archives you will find that people have combined
Master-Cleanse and
parasite cleanses with success. However, that was not the case for me. Last year I tried to combine
parasite cleansing with
Master-Cleanse and became extremely ill to the point where I was passing out. I'm sure it was from toxic overload. I had passed an 18
inch long
Tapeworm during an enema, so I knew without a doubt I had parasites. I ordered the product Parastroy, and my doctor gave me a homeopathic anti
parasite medicine too. I thought if I also fasted the cleanse would work better and faster. How wrong I was! For one thing, worms love Master Cleanse, its full of
Sugar after all. (Despite the minerals, Maple syrup is first and foremost a
Sugar source, after all its tree sap that has been reduced by boiling). Still, some worms will be poisoned by the herbs and will begin to throw off toxins (called die off); plus your body will be throwing off toxins from the results of
The Master Cleanse that is helping cleanse the liver, kidneys and blood. If you release too many toxins all at once, and you will be down for the count. Your body simply cannot process and eliminate them quickly enough.
May I suggest this alternative plan? Do a ten day Master Cleanse by the book. Do not subtract any element, except possibly the
SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) if that proves too harsh. Take two days to come off the cleanse properly. On the third day begin taking your anti-parasite herbs. You should be eating mostly green vegetables and raw fruits. Some foods like brown rice, carrots, onions, garlic, coconut oil, and especially raw pumpkin seeds, and others listed somewhere on Curezone have known anti parasitics properties. Eat plenty of these. Totally avoid all sugar, wheat products, dairy, and most meats and fats. Follow this diet for the two weeks you are on the product. Also about the 5th-7th day of taking the Paragone, or whatever product, begin adding extra fiber to your diet in the form of psyllium shakes. You can also add
Bentonite clay for the classic "P&B Shakes" you read about here. The
Bentonite does absorb toxins, but can be constipating in some people. Taking digestive enzymes during this phase also is very helpful.
Here is the logic of this plan-the ten days of Master Cleanse will help soften the mucoidal lining of the intestines. Usually this is where the worms like to call home as they attach themselves to the intestinal walls and feed off of you. When you begin the
Sugar free diet (except fruit) and the herbs, the worms will already be more exposed to the intestinal environment. While the herbs that have been absorbed will leave a bad taste in their mouths, the herbs, enzymes, and the scrubbing action of the psyllium will help make them turn loose. Plus the added bulk in the gut will decrease the transit time and all mess will exit your body quicker. I once passed three feet of mucoidal material studded with dozens of red and white worms, gross, but it made a world of difference in my health.
When you complete your first round of Paragone, go back and do a short Master Cleanse (3-5) days to cleanse and flush your digestive system. Do not go longer. You can also drink plenty of fresh apple juice along with the
Master-Cleanse drink. At the end of the third or fifth day, do a
Liver Flush using the classic
Hulda Clark recipe (visit the
Liver Flush Forum for details). Many people who have intestinal
parasites also have them in their livers. After your flush, rest a day or two, then do phase two of the Paragone to clean up any worms that might have hatched out. At this point you could probably do either
The Master Cleanse or the anti parasite diet because your system will be much cleaner. Skip the enzymes and psyllium if you decide to do the MC though. I really believe fasting should stand on its own.
All of this should take about forty days or a little less. I really believe you will find yourself much healthier following this plan than by combining cleanses. Once you have completed this, you can continue with MC if you still have health issues, or begin your rebuilding program. Remember, rebuilding the body with healthy foods plus good liver and bowel maintenance is just as important as fasting and cleansing.
I know much of this post would be better suited to the Parasite forum, but I wanted to show how Master Cleanse or other cleansing fasts can be incorporated in an overall cleansing program without compromising the fast or without causing undue risk with one's health
