hey steve, thanks for the reply.

yeah, ive tried seriphos, multiple times. seems to have made the insomnia worse, strangely enough. my cortisol levels were normal this time around, but due to my symptoms, they think I now have adrenal fatigue. so maybe my body isn't producing cortisol when necessary, causing my symptoms.

its tough, ive tried so many things over the years n nothings worked. maybe I should give 5htp another go around.
