Bath in hot water with 1 cup peroxide and 1 cup borax. Take the ivermectin once a week for a few months and get seargents fle and tic with permethrin and use it to scrub ewach day like a body wash. This worked for my mites. To kill in house try to locate where they are. they seem to like damp places and mildew. sprinkle the de around and try to heat the room up as hot as you can get it for a few hours. Then vaccuum throw bag out and spray all the cracks and crevices with lice fle and tick spray. This worked for me.
