Re: Can coconut oil cause wierd paranoid racing thoughts/anxiety/insomnia

Hey,

I started getting real crazy chest pains, my heart beat would go fast (first time it felt like I would die while I dont get scared quick) and I been experiencing anxiety attacks since 2 months ago. Went to the doctor my heart, blood pressure, oxygen lvl in my blood were all perfect. He actually said it couldnt get much better. Im 26 and I never experienced crazy shit like this in my life. I started using CO for my skin caus I have some acne. I ocassionally also drank it in my tea (like 7 times in 3-4 months) and I flushed my mouth with it twice caus I read about the benifits. But that was only a few times. About 3 weeks ago I ran out of coco oil. For some reason I was to lazy to get new coco oil and the chest pains got less within a few days (if it wasnt within a day). So after about a week I started connectin the dots. Did a google search and BANGGG I saw reports of people experiencing the same things (not many). My mind sometimes still races at a 1000 miles an hour. I never had this before the CO, NEVER!!!!! Im never using it again I think some people just cant handle it. Crazy thing is for the most part lets say 97% of the jar was just external use. Some people describe this as DIE-OFF symptoms, well it really felt like I was gonna DIE....And I wonder if this insanity feeling will go away anytime soon. Or that Im damaged for ever....

sorry for my illegal typing english is not my first language.
