I don't know what to say about Cipralex, I take it for almost 8 years and my phisical state didn't go well. But it helps with anxiety. I take 10mg but doctors want to put me on 20mg. I tried 15mg and because I saw no good effect I came bach to 10mg becase I feel it's a little stimulatory (like I feel better mentaly and more alert and I tend to overdo things and exhauste myself.

One doctor gave me Elontril (bupropion) wich increase dopamine but other doctor said I shoud take only this, not together with Cipralex. So I didn't know what to do and didn't take it.

I have also severe insomnia, I take Remeron for that. That was my first symptom, plus anxiety.I was very very scared after some traumas, that's how everything started. I didn't sleep at all for 1 year and didn't want treatment, so I exhausted completely. Since than there are 8 years of treatment with very slow and limited success, especialy because here AF is unknown. So, I started to treat myself.
I am afraid to take hydrocortisone or Medrol without the help of an endocrinologist. Do you automedicate?
My blood test doesn't show low cortisol but saliva test does. But doctors here don't take it into consideration.
