In my experience honey with water or herbal infusion is good. Best is diluted fruit or green juice, next best is raw fruit - like watermelon, citrus, apples - small bites and chewing thoroughly. Or freshly squeezed organic vegetable juice. You can do as you wish, but steamed vegetables even near to ideal, are not ideal.Listen to your body and if signal distress after introducing smth, pull back and try lighter and smaller.
