As a rule, the Pics here are gross and of surprisingly low quality - e.g. humopngous paper-towel with poop and tiny fuzzy thing which is presumed to be the critter in that mess.
If one posts a pic, why not make in on focus, in macro- mode and clean all that we don't need to see?!
All herbs are powerful, because they act in the complexity of thousands of different molecules in one single plant.
I had on and off raw garlic (like 2-6 cloves with food) and raw onion plus loads of fiber throughout my whole life. Never had a parasite to show up during cleanse, nor did I feel anything to suggest I may have had.

Most of the time Pharm- isolates a substance, mostly from plants!, and tries to modify it, so they can patent and sell it. You can't patent nature (herbs) and profit on such a large scale as from a patent!
