Hi, I have a question about getting started with earthing. Living in Ohio, it is just to cold for me to be barefoot outside. My question is, if I have 3 or more earthing mats, is it possible to use 1 grounding rod for all of them, as outlets are not grounded? Thanks in advance. Would also love to hear more about your experience with earthing!
