Hi:

Today is my first day and I am not quite sure what 1/10 of a teaspoon is.........the smallest measuring spoon I have is 1/4 teaspoon. Anyone have a suggesting on how to measure the cayenne pepper. The last drink I made had way to much! YUK
Any other advice for a person just starting day one?
