What you have posted today I just had to join in and respond. I have had anxiety & Depression for years and I also came across research about probiotics. I decided to give them a try and within a couple of weeks I felt so much better, but they did upset my stomach a little so I had to cut the dosage down. I think they were a bit too much for me at first. Anyway, I noticed within a week or so I was going down hill again. I have now gone back on the normal dosage and I seem to be tolerating them well and feeling so much better (less anxious and more cheerful) I really do think these work, anyone with A & D out there, this really is worth a try. Believe me I have tried everything and these are the only thing that has worked. There really is a gut/brain connection.
