My demodex experience (I think demodex!) What now?

Firstly, thank you to everyone that has contributed to this site. I have lurked for a long time and you all have been so helpful. Last weekend, by accident I found....."Tea Tree Oil" and OMG, the monsters in my face do not like it.
I was finding black specks all over and researched on curezone. Then I put on under a microscope (Don't do it!! I can't get the image out of my head!)
After buying shampoo with tea tree and slathering coconut oil with tea tree all over my very rough upper torso (like glass, I tell ya) I went all in.
I put a mixture of coconut oil, tea tree and ACV on my scalp and covered with a shower cap. Then, I put a Bentonite clay mask mixed with ACV and tea tree all over my face. I promise you, I expected nothing but what I usually got...nothing. Well, my face began to swell a bit and then it was chaos. Things were literally projecting from my pores and onto the mirror. They were still alive! I watched 2 attempt to crawl up the mirror (I promise u I do not do drugs or take anti-psychotics). it still freaks me out thinking about it. This went on for 2 or more hours sporadically.
The shower cap was filled, FILLED with all the black specks. The black specks are the remains of these beasts which explode when they die (ugh). They must have been accumulating in my hair follicles for years!
The next night, I concentrated on the black roots which are black due to the (worm? parasite? mite? ) When I applied a mixture of EVOO, tea tree and ACV, the root of the hair began to burst with a gooey, yellow liquid.
WHAT IS THIS? I did as much as I could take (It has left scabs where it burst through) and took a break.
SO, my question....What do I do now?? I tried the clay mask again and got no results. Have I killed all the marauders?
Maybe do a treatment once a month?
I still don't know what this thing was. It had 2 antenna and a body like an inch worm. It was white when coming out of my face but then clear when it hit the mirror. It definitely burst into goo when it couldn't get out of my mask and died... Plus it could jump!
