There is no spam in here and where do you see the gain.
I am Bulgarian and I remember my grand mother giving me raw egg as child.I don't remember was it mix with something or not but I do believe that this mix will have health benefit.
You only have to be wise in choosing the right organic/cage free eggs.
I want to try and probably I will.
I am only hesitating because right now I have gallbladder attack from small stones and ultrasound found portal vein thrombosis on my liver.
They still are doing test to find more so I am not sure about my liver condition.
Any advice and thoughts?
