I just went through the same issue . I recalled the last thing I changed it was my coffee bean so it had something that started killing my enzymes .
no more off that coffee for me and probiotics and fiber to help stay away from spicy foods or deep fried stuffs now a while.
if u don't recall what trigged your enzymes to die or something .start with live culture yogurt and stick with cereals until things get to normal .ginger tea will help too .
