100 mg of doxy is a 100 mg of doxy , 3 mg of ivermectin is 3 mg of ivermectin . It doesn't matter , the active ingredient is the active ingredient . If you have better reactions from liquid wormers , it may be that the liquid form is superior with absorption allowing more intake into body causing stronger kills.
