For those following the cure, forgot to mention do keep lips as dry as possible at least until the third week,so that you can give your skin a chance to become cured because fungus likes yeast. Use a straw to drink etc, keep them moist with coconut oil do not forget to brush them before and during the soak, ignore the white peeling skin, the disease is 3 layers beneath the skin and this is just the top layer that has to peel. By week 3 hopefully you should see the skin becoming clearer and pinker and more normal.
Do not skimp on the 30 minute soak in the evening (this long soak is what will help you to wake up without build up and eventually NO peeling)
My neck ached for 30 minutes but it was worth it after failed dermatologists, wasted money on creams and potions which didn't work. 30 mins is rough time it takes to kill off the yeast.
