When I do go to bed at 10pm, I can't fall asleep for another couple hours. However, there are rare instances that I feel so tired I automatically fall asleep. I guess it's harder to do this is your heart is racing due to stress. Maybe I do need more glycogen. All I want is more deep sleep because you don't need as much sleep if you have quailty sleep. I don't know that my waking up is always due to having to urinate. One thing I noticed is that when my intestines are very cleared or not suffering from constipation (which doesn't happen often), I don't wake up in the middle of the night. It's possible extanded intestines from comstipation could be causing pressure on my bladder.
