I've been adding my DE to thinly made up jelly (flavored gelatin)which suspends the DE so it doesn't sink to the bottom of the glass and take forever to swallow. Mix it in, and you get grey jelly which is not nearly as bad to swallow, and so far it seems to work very well- the worms suck up the jelly AND the DE and then things start happening very quickly- the first day my head was woozy and I felt a bit sick, coughed a lot. There's no constipation then, either.
