Herpes and bowel movements

Ever since having genital herpes my digestion has been completely off. Online says herpes is associated with constipation, well I had constipation problems before herpes. However, after herpes is when I started having a change in bowels. Now, my bowels are not well formed, lighter, and undigested foods.

Ive been tested for everything under the sun, including a upper and lower G.I. and nothing has been found.

What can i do to alleviate the symptoms.
