How many days did you refeed for before this this fast?
A good thing that you are clearing up your eczema. I still suggest after a week to do a kidney, colon and liver cleanse.
That great feeling on day seven is to do with somethings your body has cleaned up.
Bananas are too sugary, try a tomato or an orange.
