What Your Doctor Didn’t Tell You

Yea that was thirst. Tugging feeling in the throat. If a few sips of water get it gone, then its thirst.
If the feeling comes back soon after or doesn't go away with about 6-8 oz water that is hunger.
I cant decide, I have a tugging feeling in my diaphragm not my throat.
Let me see if it comes back in a bit or not.
