How to heal leaky gut with sensitivity to glutamate?

What can we eat or do to heal leaky gut, if we're extremely sensitive to glutamate? Most sources of amino acids seem to include high levels of glutamic acids.

Eating anything with high (free?) glutamate gives me very high levels of anxiety.

I know it's glutamate, because taking glutamate blockers (ibuprofen, benzos, alcohol, etc.) reduces or blocks my anxiety symptoms.

(I've already been flushing out parasites for years now (still at it), taking daily P&B shakes, doing almost daily coffee enemas, and taking probiotics w/prebiotics - potato starch).
