Thanks for the really informative reply The reason why I am concerned is because of the hemmrhoids and spiders veins that my body does have Also recent blood test show that I have neutropenia which is a sign of low copper? Anyway I think your correct on the idea about taking things slowely.. it's seems most appropriate for now untill I can figure what the heck is going on. I'm not a big fan on copper supplements I recon I'll get my daily requirement through seeds.
