I don't know if my condition was as severe as yours, but my prostate was enlarged before as well. I was put on Antibiotics and my PSA declined a little. I PSA was 9.4!! With the Antibiotics it dropped to 6.2.
I went on the ten day Master-Cleanse and it dropped down to 3.8 which is considered normal. This was two yours ago. I will get it checked again at my next physical in a month to see where I stand. Of course you know your PSA should be checked every year, however last year I didn't want anyones finger in my butt nor did I want to be stabbed with anymore needles! Not that I want it this year either, but this is something that we men have to deal with to maintain a healthy "yonder-years".
So, The Master-Cleanse has given me great results! I wish you the best!
