Not the right book you got. Research better!
Results should be a complete reversal of any problems you might have and the attainment of something you may call supervision which is by far much higher than what doctors say you can get.
I agree with you that very few people have a good understanding of what this is all about but you tell me: who otherwise is able to get real results with other cures?
That’s the point!
If you don’t address the basic point of Central-Fixation you won’t get much anyway...
