I have taken horse paste. It actually tastes rather good. I cannot remember the dosage right off, but if you research here on curezone, you will find it. Search for ICU's protocols, as she states everything really clearly. I also found a you-tube where the guy shows how to measure it.

Actually, however, I was prescribed ivermectin for parasites by an alternative doctor in St. Louis, and he ordered a prescription that was compounded, so my long term usage of iver was not the horse paste. He put me on a huge dose of 12 mg 4Xd. I weigh 150 lbs. But that is a much larger dosage than normally prescribed. He prescribed it for worms, but I also had demodex and it killed them along with the worms.

Sorry, I am not the most helpful, but you can find the info here pretty easy, and it is safe to use the horsepaste.
