Re: Chronic Brain Fog, Sluggishness, Facial Acne
Hey WS, thanks for the quick reply.
My diet consists primarily of lean animal protein (chicken and fish, rarely do I eat other meats and when I do, I eat them sparingly). I aim to eat at least 40% protein for each meal. The remainder is raw, uncooked vegetables, nuts, lentils, beans, seeds. Sometimes I eat brown rice and sometimes potatoes, but the portion is usually insignificant. I also eat some corn flatbread and whole rye bread, but no wheat. I make a point to stay away from high-sugar items, obvious exceptions being the more sweet-tasting vegetables such as tomatoes; so, no fruits and definitely no junk food of any sort.
I read the thread linked, and I find it interesting since I never thought of
Liver Flushing as something that could yield such quick results from what little I have read of it. Admittedly, I should do more research on it since I haven't really given it a fair go as of yet, probably because of the laziness or apathy that comes from this fog. I do have magnesium sulfate at home, and the thread has definitely changed my view on it. I think I'll give it a go after I warm up to it some more and read more about liver flushing. I also want some more time to establish this new diet, since it's only been slightly more than two weeks since I began - now that I'm eating much better and not craving junk food as much, the process will be that much easier I think.
