Perhaps you should read the book again. The BSM are only recommended for Diabetics and that only in the beginning and then transitioning to the syrup.
Goggle the online book using - "master cleanse" pdf- cause your recollections are off. The prime recommendation in the book is to do the tea at night and the SWF in the morning. Keeping things moving out is of prime importance on *any* CLEANSE and the SWF is the most efficient way to do this as is rinses the whole GI tract top to bottom.
The first line of defense for headaches or any other detox symptoms is to start drinking lots of water and lemonade to keep toxins diluted and moving out, You might or you might not get headaches and they'll last what they will last for *you*. Everyone is different.
I would tell you to wait till you are done and have 14 days clear. 10 for the the *minimum* fast and 4 to wean yourself back to solids. I say this because of the heavy caffeine use but then again you might just breeze through it. The first 3 day are usually the worst so it's best to at least have no activities and be somewhere that you can just rest for the 1st 3 days. On days that you plan to be active you can always up the syrup and or add some BSM for extra energy support.
Read the book. It has all the info you need to do the MC.
