Does Influenza Virus Worsen Adrenal Fatigue?

Hello everyone. I'm new here and firstly i'll apologize if my english bad.

I have adrenal fatigue for 4 years (it start in 2014). This illness got better by time i admit. But there's something, only one thing that i still curious until now.

When i first feels flu symptoms (little fever, cold sweat, cold hands, not feeling well) before the main symptoms kick-in to my body (real fever, headache, cough, sneeze), my body start to feel tired. An abnormal tired (maybe like adrenal fatigue crash). But when my flu start to recover after main symptoms decrease, my body energy back to normal.

Is there any connection between influenza virus and adrenal fatigue problems?
