Do new bumps after taking Ivermectin for scabies mean it did not kill them all?


I have scabies and the scabies forum seems inactive. My question is: If new bumps are forming several days after taking Ivermectin, does that mean the scabies were not killed by the medicine/and or the skin was reinfected?
