About Ivermectin and Fenbendazole

I’m going to be doing my first Liver Flush ever. I’ve been parasite cleansing for the last year with huge strides but know I still have some Ascaris and flukes in my liver. Is it still safe to complete the flush of do I need to continue parasite cleansing until they are all gone beforehand?
