Sorry for the late reply, I barely come on here anymore. Yes I was taking mimosa pudica seed with formula 1 at night, then in the morning drinking 1 tbsp of DE, 1 tsp of ACV, psyllium husk. Everytime I do this I pass these things but they’re usually hidden inside my stool. Maybe I have rope worms. Mimosa Pudica Seed works very well.
