Parasites and bruising

My daughters have taken a few prescription parasite meds - alinia, albendazole and mebendazole. Each time they have taken it they have gotten bruising up and down their shins. At this point I am nervous they have pork Tapeworm or something. A biofeedback scan said they have schistosomiasis, could that cause this?
