that's so well put.

And I've been there too. Just finished three years of NO longer smoking.

I found what helped me was breathing deeply, brushing my teeth slowly, and
drinking a glass of water, slowly. That reprograms the consciousness that fresh air + good water = goodness.

there's something about threes. Three days = temptations arising: old programs getting nervous they'll be 'deleted'.Three months = same
Three years = a dream last night that I was smoking.

reminder: a dream.
