Hi Shelley

Can you explain the floating stools.
I was questioned with that yesterday.
I know its something to do with the liver not breaking down the fat or not absorbing fat.
What could cause this......This person has just done a liver cleanse 1 month ago.....He has had headaches too.....daily and insomniea also. I thought the B6 with mangnesium would be good for insomniea.....what do you think....still learning
Stools are fine...but he did say black too...questioned him about a few things he had eaten or drinking Have you had(redwine) I said.lol. Yes he said very sheepishly......
MMMM sheesh undoing all the good work on the liver....
