Re: Are fish oils safe for toddlers?

Hello.. I read on chetday.com that the dose for fish oils[of which I concur that carlson's is the best]is 1 tsp/daily per 50# body wt. also check out www. mercola .com. He has lots of info on efa's and ADD.I also recommend using the virgin coconut oil. This extra fat helps the efa's to be utilized better/increases efficency. probiotics would be helpful also. often kids with these problems have used alot of Antibiotics [ie ear infections!] and their inner ecology is off.Have you done any baseline workups like hair analysis or Live blood analysis?. these would tell you what deficiency's/ heavy metals/digestion issues/candida etc might be present.I don't mean to be preachy, but I assume they are not eating any White Sugar , flour , food additives , ARTIFICAL FLAVORINGS or COLORINGS .Hope that helps and bless you.
