Caprylic Acid side effects?

I am rotating antifungals and started my first day of Caprylic Acid capsules, I took 2. Next day I read the label and see that the dose is 3 per day. So I have my second one with lunch. Had some nervous anxiety but ignored it. Had another capsule with dinner = 3 for the day. Went to bed, had the most horrible waves of anxiety, I really battled to keep calm, heart pounding, trying not to hyperventilate. I can only think that it is related to the Caprylic Acid. Next day I only had 2 and still had some anxiety in the evening, not nearly as bad though. Today I only had 1, thankfully tomorrow I take something else.

I cant think that anxiety is a die-off symptom is it? Anybody else have problems with side effects of Caprylic Acid?
